As a Foodie, I had struggled for years to take my baby weight off after having my first child in 2002. When I finally found a 30-minute exercise videotape routine I could do at home and combined it with an extremely limited calorie diet the weight finally all came off over the course of a year of hard work.

However, the weight loss had contributed to me losing much of my body fat. I was skinny, but flat as a board coming and going. I realize now, that I was thin, but I wasn’t fit or healthy with my eating habits.

When I met John Brown, at one of my underground supperclub Test Kitchen events, I was looking for a new challenge and a new fitness goal to set for myself. I was bored with the same old video exercise routine.

When John first approached me about my interest in training with him, he asked me one simple question, “What would you personally like to refine and work on with regards your body today?”

I looked him in the eye and said: “I want to be more than just skinny. I want to look fit and toned, and I want my breasts and my behind back where they were.” He was honest and said: “I can get you toned, and I can give you back your backside, but the breasts, I can only do so much with exercise.”

His honest answer led me to try one personal training session with John, which lead to another and another. Each class I was pushing myself a little further and harder. After a while, I realized that my body was changing and fast. His personal training sessions are fast-paced and always different. John makes the extra effort to switch up the routines for all of his clients, so I am never left watching the clock during our sessions. His workouts are fun.

John Brown put me on the path that gave me back my behind, but he also made me prove to myself that I have strength and power and physical abilities beyond those I could have ever imagined possessing. I also have the self-confidence of knowing that all the hard work and sweat equity gave me not only a strong body, but a strong attitude too.

By working out with John, I was able to eat more healthy food, because I was burning more calories than I ever had working out with just my 30-minute videotape at home.

After years of trying many different workout regimens, I can honestly say that John's workouts have made me stronger, better toned, and even more coordinated. I feel like I'm in better shape than ever, and more in control of my progress. And I've never had an easier time controlling my weight, which has always been an issue for me. It's the challenge of his workouts that keeps me sharp, both mentally and physically.

John's system of muscle confusion makes for a constantly-changing workout that produces visible results. I dropped 20 pounds and 4 inches from my waist. Bottom line: it works. Oh, and as an added bonus, it's never boring.

Pricing Structure:

Personal Training - $40-$75 per session

Small Group Training - $40-$50 per session

Private Fight Training - $50-$75 per session

All sessions are 58 minutes unless specified.

Water and towels provided for personal training clients.
